Mission Statement

Vortex Dehydration Technology, LLC is a cutting edge company focused on integrating Frank Polifka's “Windhexe” into the meat processing industry. It is our goal to meet the challenging needs of recovering agricultural and industrial byproducts and developing environmentally friendly uses for them.

The various processes are monitored and controlled state-of-the-art computer systems to monitor the entire system. Screens are designed to allow the operator to easily understand all facets of the current process and to allow the saving of "recipe's" defining the optimum process for various product going through the system. The operator just indicates which recipe is desired, and starts the system. The parameters can be modified during operation and then the new recipe can be saved for the next run allowing continuing optimization of the process.
